Access Controls for Modem Installed at Your Network

The children of modern era are very much aware of the internet and its use. You can see the children who are watching cartoons or movies on their iPad or computer. If you are worried about their health and want to limit their internet uses then you can use the Parental controls feature. This feature helps you to block websites from your Linksys log into router which you don't want your child visit.

Enable Parental controls and set its password

First of all you need to launch linksky connect software and click on parental control. Then enter your new password and re-enter the password key to confirm it. Select any secret question and answer it’s, now click on confirm. After following these steps you are now able to restrict any device and click on OK.

If you want to remember the device then you can give them customized names. To change the name of devices you need to select the name of that device which you like to edit, then enter the desired name for that device and then click on Rename.

If restricted user knows password of your Parental controls then you should change its password otherwise they will be able to change the parental control settings.

To change the password click on the Restrict Internet access and then go to change parental control password. It will ask you your old password, enter that and then enter the new password and verify it by clicking on OK.
